Hello Prudhvi,

It seems that you have a problem similar to Genevieve’s, so I’m going to copy and paste my response here:

“It seems that that is a problem with Github, or whatever code editor you are using.
To change the timestamp, did you go to backdate.html and press the pencil icon at the top right to edit the page? If you did, make sure to scroll down and press the "Commit changes" button to save your changes.
On the main page of you repository, you will see an icon to the right of some cryptic numbers, for example "9ec0ffb". (If you don't see anything, wait a few seconds and refresh.) Click that icon, and it will show you the build progress for your Github Pages page. Make sure to only import once the icon is a green checkmark. It might take a while.
Let me know if you have any more problems.”

If all that above doesn’t help (maybe Medium maintains a temporary cache of all imported articles on the backend?), you could try creating a new HTML page in the same repository, and then copy and paste the new code over. When you import, you use the new HTML page and it’s corresponding URL instead.

Hope this helps, let me know if you have any more problems.
